Description
Back before the Suburban, the Wagoneer, the Expedition we all crammed into dad’s wagon for the big vaca. This portrays the era of the “Woodie” that hauled kids, dogs and groceries all over the place. Woodies were the upscale SUV of their time and were popularized by the surf crowd in in California. The Beach Boys figured how to get one in a song, “we’re loadin’ up the woodie”. If you were headed to any one of our lakes, streams or ponds for an afternoon of canoeing this was the way there. This is painted on old barn boards to give that feel and vibe from that era.
