The Antiques Barn

Our three-story horse barn conveniently located off route I-89, on Prospect Hill Road in Georges Mills NH, provides 12,000 sq ft of display area for our unparalleled collection, including beautiful antique furniture and unique fine quality custom furnishings from New England craftsman.

We have a growing inventory of eclectic antique, mid century, and current fine estate furniture, household goods, and art. We are constantly out obtaining items from all over the world. Our collection continues to grow and change because our commitment to have the largest and finest selection in New England. There are thousands of items to search and discover in our barn. Our new Gallery is a must see, with original work from the best local artists.

Located in Sunapee Harbor and at the beginning of the Sugar River is our Furniture and Art Gallery. 6500 sq ft and three stories providing an excellent viewing experience of new fine furniture. With names like Stickley, Arhause, and Revelation. We offer our exclusive Riverbend custom furniture,with several peices on the floor for you to see and feel the construction. Prospect Hill Home can have this furniture made to you, your builders or Designers specfications. It is all made locally by New England craftsman. There is always a handful of our best and favorite antiques to mix in.

Art is a major focus here. With 21 artists in house offering, pastels, oil and acrylics. Diversified subject matter and genre.These are the best artists in NewEngland sharing our walls and displays. David Zerba, Peter Batchelder, TM Nichol, Ron Brown, Award winning Cindy House just to name a few. Prospect Hill Home has one of the finer art selections in New England.

We also offer in house design consulting with Lisa Garahan to help you choose colors and fabrics. We can help with placement of furniture and art. We can place a few peices to see if they work before you purchase.
Available Services
Depending on your request for a new table, chair, picture frame or retoration of one of your favorites we can help you. Maybe you found a piece here at the hill but, it needs a color change or adjusment to fit your space. We can help that as well with in house work or reacing out to one of the craftsmans we partnership with. We also offer upholstery services.
If you’re working on a major project and need a delayed delivery, we can provide safe, on-site storage for your purchases.​

White glove delivery is available via our trucks in most of New England on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We can arrange long distance delivery through our network of private cartage anywhere. We can move your selection anywhere, anytime with the greatest of care.
